These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Relict platform. By accessing or using Relict, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.
Relict is a business continuity and operational readiness platform designed to support planning, coordination, and account-level operational communication. Access to Relict is provided on a limited and controlled basis to authorized users and organizations.
Access to Relict is granted only to individuals and organizations approved by Relict. Submission of a request for access does not guarantee approval. Relict reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access at its discretion.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity conducted under their account. Users agree to use the platform only for lawful and authorized purposes consistent with its intended use.
Users who voluntarily provide a phone number and explicitly consent may receive account-related and operational SMS messages from Relict, including access verification, security notifications, and system updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
SMS consent is specific to the phone number provided by the user and applies solely to account-related and operational communications from Relict. SMS opt-in records and consent information are not sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties for marketing or messaging purposes.
SMS message delivery may be facilitated by a telecommunications service provider acting strictly as a technical processor on behalf of Relict. Such providers do not independently use or control user consent information.
Users may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use Relict in a manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Relict is provided on an as-available basis. Relict may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relict shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
Relict reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform for violations of these Terms or for any reason related to operational or security concerns.
Relict may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
